Breakout Session: Building a Business Case for Mashups

This is an interactive discussion around how to not only introduce, but gain adoption of Mashups in your organization. This session will discuss the concerns traditional companies may have on using Mashups. It will include an interactive SWOT analysis that will discuss and address issues like: - Accessing data - Intellectual property issues - Innovation and governance - Process improvement and return on investment - Building and release - Selling to executives - Building consensus with simple mashups

The output will be made available to all participants that will address the benefits and risks of Mashups. This discussion is not Mashup provider agnostic.
