Why?

Michael is coming to the Mashup Camp to introduce Mindjet MindManager to the mashup community. Mashup API providers that want to get their web service in front of 750,000 business users (who pay for software) while they are brainstorming, planning projects, or running business processes should consider the Mindjet MindManager solution platform. Its open API and XML-architecture make it an ideal platform for visualizing and interacting with Web 2.0 services.

Who?

Educated as an architect, Michael Scherotter brings a sense of design and creativity to his role as a Business Solutions Architect at Mindjet. Before joining Mindjet, Michael designed and developed custom CAD solutions for building product manufacturers. In his three years at Mindjet, Michael has lead the development of the first Tablet-PC version of MindManager and MindManager X5, and built the first enterprise integration for MindManager with a leading on-demand CRM provider. In his current role, he directs strategic software development in order to build partnerships. He is also responsible for managing the Mindjet Solutions Platform, demonstrating integrations with the Mindjet Labs [2], and building a Mindjet solutions ecosystem. Michael lives in Marin County, California with his wife and two boys (1 and 4). When he can, he enjoys sketching, watercoloring, photography, videography and telling the world about it with his personal website, charette.com [3].
